Jacob Blair, 27, of Aliquippa, Pa., was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for running a large-scale fentanyl and meth trafficking operation through darknet markets.
ExploreClarion.com reports that, using aliases like “YVendor Supplier,” Blair sold counterfeit pills online and accepted cryptocurrency payments. From August 2022 to February 2023, he and a co-defendant made over 450 illegal sales. Authorities seized 10 firearms, over 20,000 pills, and drug-making equipment during a raid. Blair pleaded guilty in late 2024 and will serve five years of supervised release.
His co-defendant, Dyani Pezzelle, will be sentenced in September.
