Port Allegany topped Cameron County, 15-5, in six innings, while Coudersport cruised past Johnsonburg, 12-2, also in six. Punxsutawney edged Moniteau, 3-1, and Elk County Catholic overwhelmed Smethport, 16-4.
D-9 Softball
DuBois Central Catholic shut out Kane, 10-0, in five innings, while Kane bounced back to beat Forest Area, 11-1. Port Allegany routed Cameron County, 25-7, in five innings. and Punxsutawney rolled past Indiana, 11-1. Curwensville swept Glendale with a 1-0 win and a 12-0 five-inning shutout. Bellefonte slipped past DuBois, 5-3.
