A 19-year-old Karns City man is under investigation for suspected DUI after a hit-and-run crash on June 4 in Elk Township, Clarion County.
State Police say the teen drove off Route 322 around 9:30 p.m., hit a curb, destroyed a mailbox, and caused significant damage to his car. He then allegedly abandoned the vehicle in a nearby yard. Charges are pending as the investigation continues.
