Melissa Sue Foster, 44, was charged following CNET operations that took place between February and August 2024 in Clarion Borough and Strattanville.
Police say she sold morphine, oxycodone, and hydrocodone to undercover officers and informants in public locations, including a Sheetz parking lot and near the Strattanville Post Office. Foster faces numerous felony and misdemeanor charges, including drug delivery and criminal use of a communication device.
All cases are pending preliminary hearings in Clarion County.
