A 16-year-old girl from New Bethlehem was injured Thursday night when the SUV she was riding in struck a utility pole in Mahoning Township, Armstrong County, according to State Police in Kittanning.
Troopers say the 2017 Buick Enclave, driven by 54-year-old Dawn M. Neiswonger of New Bethlehem, went off Madison Road near Climax Road around 8:31 p.m. and hit the pole.
The teen passenger was taken to Clarion Hospital with minor injuries. Neiswonger was unhurt and cited for a traffic violation.
