A 22-year-old Rossiter man is facing charges after allegedly blocking and following a vehicle carrying his child and the child’s mother during a custody dispute in Punxsutawney.
Crist M. Coblentz was charged June 9 with disorderly conduct and traffic violations stemming from a June 6 incident. Police say Coblentz used his truck to block Mackenzie Fleming, who was with her grandmother and 16-month-old child, forcing her to reverse down McHugh Avenue to get away.
Coblentz refused to meet with police and now faces multiple charges, including driving while suspended. A preliminary hearing is set for July 3.
