A 39-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing charges after a traffic stop in Punxsutawney Borough.
State police say troopers stopped the vehicle on Cherry Street around 5:18 p.m. July 28 and determined the driver was required to operate a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device. Police say the vehicle was not properly equipped.
The man was taken into custody, processed, released, and charges are pending.
